International customers have 30 days from their order date to return unused and unopened purchased items. Please note that we cannot accept any goods back if the original package was opened. All international orders must be returned to Global-e and must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. In order to return items please email our customer service at email@example.com with your purchase details to receive your RMA number and return instructions. Please note that we cannot offer free international returns. Refunds on international returns will include only the amount paid for the products plus duties, taxes and fees (if prepaid). Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Refunds will be processed up to 5 business days from receipt of the goods in Global-e's international hub.
Spa Cosmetics Ltd. has contracted with Global-e to handle all aspects of international export and delivery. Based on your choice of products, at checkout you will be offered one or more shipping methods, each with a different service level and at a different cost. We currently support the following shipping methods: FedEx, EMS and EcoPost. Shipping charges vary by country and by the parameters of your specific order, and will be calculated and shown to you as part of the checkout process. Note that currently we support the option to pre-pay all duties and taxes only through FedEx.
