How do I find a specific product?
To search for a specific product, enter your keywords in the "search" box which is at the top of any page. If you know the product number you can type that into the search bar and will be taken directly to the product page.
If you are not certain what you are looking for you can browse our products using the main menu categories. Each one narrows down our product list into more specific and manageable lists.
If you cannot find the product you are looking for our Customer Service staff would be happy to assist you. Simply e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for a quick and helpful response.
How do I place an order?
When you find a product you are interested in, click on the image to go to the product page. Once you received all the information at the product page and decided to purchase the product, selected the appropriate options, click the "Add To Cart" button to add the item to your shopping cart. The item will be added and you may continue shopping without interruption.
You may view your shopping cart at any time buy clicking on the shopping cart icon located at the top right of each page, you can also hover above it for a quick view. You may also click the "Checkout" link to view your order on a separate page. When you view your shopping cart you can change product amounts, change personalization or remove them.
When you are completely satisfied with your order click "Proceed to Checkout". This will take you to our secure server where you can enter your payment and shipping options.
All transactions are encrypted for your security!
After you enter your payment and shipping information, you will be asked to confirm your details and approve your order. Please review your order at this time, as it is your last chance to make any changes. Once your order is approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains your order details. At this time your order is received by Spa Cosmetics, you will get it soon according to the shipping method you selected. Enjoy!
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Delivery of you order varies according to the shipping method selected during the checkout process.
In most cases you will be able to choose between different shipping options and an estimate for the shipping time will be displayed.

We have taken the appropriate measures to secure all confidential information provided when making purchases. SSL (Secure Socket Layers) is used to safeguard against hacker intrusion. All personal information received during any transaction with us will remain private and will never be sold to outside parties.
Your credit card details will be encrypted to help keep them secure. Please note that in the interest of security, we will never ask for your full username, password or credit card details via emails, pop-ups, or for any purpose other than registering or placing an order with us.
I have just placed an order, can I amend or cancel it?
Whether an order can be modified is dependent upon the items ordered. We encourage customers to review all orders before they are submitted, as changes cannot be guaranteed. If you wish to change order details please contact customer service.
My payment has been declined.
Unfortunately there isn't much that we can do if your credit card is not approved. If you believe you have the funds on the card we recommend contacting your credit card company. They will sometimes put a block on a card if you are ordering from an unfamiliar location or from somewhere you have never ordered from before.
If contacting your credit card company does not resolve the problem the only other solution we can offer is that you should try a different card.
